SPOKANE, Wash. - The fourth annual Spokane Brewers Festival returns to Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena on Saturday. The taps are open from noon- 7 p.m.
The event features selections from 34 breweries and cideries. There are also three local food trucks, and live music performed by local Spokane area bands and musicians.
Proceeds from the event support the Wishing Star Foundation, which grants wishes to eastern Washington children with life threatening illnesses. On average, the foundation grants 40 wishes per year.
General admission tickets cost $25 in advance, or $30 at the door. Included with admission is a souvenir tasting mug, as well as seven tasting tokens for 4 oz pours. Additional tokens cost $2 each. There are also designated driver tickets for $5, whch allow access to the venue, concerts and food trucks, but no alcohol. Designated driver tickets include complimentary sodas and water.
The event is open to those of all ages, but guests under 21 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Spokane Brewers Festival is capping attendance at 3,000 guests. Tickets are available at the Spokane Arena Box Office, with Tickets West, or by calling 800-325-SEAT.
