ICSO looking for missing woman

COTTONWOOD, Idaho - The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for 25-year-old Shawnta Larae Pankey of Grangeville. 

Shawnta was reportedly last seen walking near Pine Bar along the Salmon River on Sunday at around 10:00 A.M.

Shawnta is a white female, 5’04” tall, 135 pounds, and has long, red curly hair, and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a blue and green tank top, blue jeans, pink cowboy boots and is possibly carrying a brown leather purse.

Shawnta has no cell phone or vehicle and has made no contact with her family members.

The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue, Idaho Dept. of Fish and Game, Bureau of Land Management and family members are currently searching the area around Pine Bar and Graves Creek.
