New housing development coming to the Indian Trail neighborhood

Low-income families in Bellevue avoid eviction

SPOKANE, Wash. — A new housing development is coming to northwest Spokane.

Woodridge View 3rd Addition will span over 53 acres, bringing an additional 138 single-family homes to the area just east of Indian Trail Road, according to a release from the City.

It will be the third addition to the already existing Woodridge View development in the Indian Trail neighborhood.

Right now, the site is vacant and partially covered in trees. It also hosts the Woodridge water reservoir. Once construction is complete, the water reservoir will sit on a separate piece of land.

The Spokane Hearing Examiner approved the proposed development on Wednesday.

The City did not specify a proposed construction date or projected value of the development.
