New bistro in Browne’s Addition
SPOKANE, Wash. — Browne’s Addition is welcoming a new bistro to their neighborhood: Browne’s Boomtown Bistro.
Located at 1924 W Pacific, this bistro will be serving breakfast and lunch, and features a full espresso bar serving Thomas Hammer coffee, with local wine and craft beers as well.
Their breakfast menu features all the classics, and offers an extensive list of scramble and benedict combos. If you’re a biscuits and gravy lover, you’re in luck because the Browne’s Boomtown Bistro homemakes theirs daily. They serve breakfast from 7-3pm everyday.
Stop in for lunch and pick from their burgers, sandwiches, salads or specialties. They offer comfort food picks such as french dips and cheeseburgers, but also have dishes like the gorgonzola burger and sauteed salmon caesar.
The bistro also is available to rent in the evenings for private parties. They offer a full menu for private events, as well as cater dinners.
Jim Adolfson, the general manager, has been in the restaurant business since he was a child. He used to help his grandmother at DuSault’s on Monroe. He also owned Ferguson’s Cafe for 10 years, and has worked for the Onion, Clinkerdagger, Patsy Clarks and Cafe Grand.
The Browne’s Boomtown Bistro is open Monday-Sunday from 7-3pm. Stop in for breakfast, lunch or brunch!
