MUV Fitness hosting Friday food drive benefitting Second Harvest

SPOKANE, Wash. — MUV Fitness will host a food drive benefitting Second Harvest this Friday.

Donations will be collected at three MUV Fitness locations; on the South Hill (5501 S. Regal St), in Spokane Valley (14927 E Sprague Ave) and in North Spokane (603 E Holland Ave). Bins will be set up outside in the parking lot so people can drive up and drop off.

Team members will also be there to assist if you need help lifting items out of your car.

Food items in demand include:

  • Canned fish and lean meats
  • Healthy soups and stews
  • Dry or canned beans
  • Whole grain pasta, rice and ccereal
  • Canned fruits and veggies
  • Peanut butter and other nut butters

The drive will start at 9 a.m. and continue through the day until 6 p.m.
