Clark appears to have been shot multiple times during the incident. An autopsy has been scheduled for today, but the final results will not be available for several weeks.
The suspect in this incident has been identified as 33-year-old Scott M. White of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. White was arrested on charges of 2nd degree murder and has been booked into the Kootenai County Jail.
White appeared in court Monday afternoon and is being held on $1 million bond.
According to witnesses on scene, Clark and White had been involved in a verbal altercation while inside the bar. A short time later, they both went into the parking lot where Clark was shot. After the initial shooting, another bar patron retrieved his own weapon and detained White until deputies arrived.
