Mike Crapo to serve fifth term as Idaho Senator

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — Republican incumbent Mike Crapo beat Democrat David Roth in Idaho’s U.S. Senate race, according to the Associated Press.

Crapo has 60.4% of total votes, and Roth has 28.6%.

Crapo has served as Idaho’s Senator since 1999. Crapo outspent Roth throughout his campaign and is looking forward to his fifth term.

The Associated Press called the race within minutes of the polls closing.
