miFLAVOUR opening a brand-new cafe Friday
SPOKANE, Wash. — miFLAVOUR is celebrating the grand opening of its brand-new cafe on Friday.
The French-style bakery shop has been in business for several years, and recently upgraded to a new facility on Sprague.

Founders Max and Ella Piskun met with 4 News Now back in August, where they talked about their plan to launch the new service.
“We’re really excited where… this cafe – it’s really going to encompass what Paris is like,” said Max. “We’re working on the design, the architecture. I think Spokane’s been missing a place like that.”
The cafe was part of their multi-phase plan to build miFLAVOUR up from its humble beginnings in 2016.
“Hopefully, in the future, [we’ll] open a couple more locations, but after we open the cafe, we’re really hoping to offer classes, so people can come in and just hang out and learn how to bake,” said Ella.
miFLAVOUR also celebrated its three-year anniversary on November 10.
Now, they are taking things one step further – opening a cafe for customers to come in, sit down and enjoy some artisan treats, courtesy of the miFLAVOUR team.
“We think it’ll really bring the community together,” said Max, “people will get to meet each other at these classes, and share their love for baking.”
