Meth, fentanyl, alprazolam seized after suspected impaired driver crashes into McDonald’s

Suspected Impaired driver crashes into McDonalds, booked on felony and misdemeanor charges

SPOKANE, Wash. — A suspected impaired driver crashed into a McDonald’s Friday evening, where large amounts of meth were seized along with suspected fentanyl and alprazolam.

The driver tried to flee the scene on E Montgomery Avenue and N Argonne Road, but was quickly captured and arrested. The driver was identified as 29-year-old Skywalker D. Renion.

Police found a small bag of around 70 small pills called “Mexis” which are believed to contain fentanyl, ten alprazolam pills and a white substance the size of a baseball, which tested positive for methamphetamine. All substances were recovered and seized.

The woman in the front of the Jeep was provided with medical assistance and taken to the hospital. Renion was also transferred to the hospital and later booked in the Spokane County Jail for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, DUI, felony hit and run with injury, obstructing, and driving while suspended.

Renion is being held on a Washington State Department of Corrections Hold.
