Manito Park’s Japanese garden officially back open
SPOKANE, Wash. — The Nishinomiya Tsutakawa Japanese Garden in Manito Park is officially back open.
The garden opened Sunday, April 1. According to Spokane Parks and Recreation, the garden will be open daily from 8 a.m. to a half an hour before dusk through October 31.
