Man dies from ATV accident in Colfax
COLFAX, Wash. — A man died from an ATV accident near Colfax Saturday night.
The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) responded to the scene near McNeilly Road west of Colfax.
The man was driving a Honda-3 wheeler in a field and went over a berm of dirt. The man was driving the ATV fast enough to where the ATV went airborne, throwing the driver off the ATV.
The rider was not wearing a helmet during the accident.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The Whitman County Coroner’s Office is investigating the accident with WCSO.
