Man arrested for DUI and drive-by shooting
SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Police arrested a man Monday night for driving under the influence and drive-by shooting.
Officers responded to Sprague and Browne in downtown Spokane just before 9:30 p.m., following multiple reports of shots fired in the area. A security officer was able to provide a description of the SUV, a partial license plate number and the direction the vehicle was traveling when it fled the scene.
Officers quickly located the SUV near Howard and Riverside. After initially detaining three people, officers determined 41 year old Bobby M. Nathaniel was not only the shooter, but was also driving while intoxicated.

A handgun was found inside the SUV and shell casings were found at the scene.
Nathaniel was booked into the Spokane County Jail for DUI and drive-by shooting.
No one was injured in the incident.
