Majority of Moscow roads reopen after flooding
MOSCOW, Idaho — The majority of roads in Moscow reopened Wednesday morning following severe flooding Tuesday night.
According to a post from the City of Moscow, all streets are back open except for 6th St between Park Rd and Mt. View, and Harding St. north of D St.
The water has receded from the roadways, and all streets are open except for:
– Sixth St between Park Rd and Mt. View
– Harding St North of D St

The City of Moscow issued a flood watch Tuesday evening following continuous rainfall. Water levels in Paradise Creek rose nearly two feet in two hours.
