Lorraine Lou Loundagin was the 1st child born to Lois and Howard Loundagin on Dec. 14th 1946 in Moscow, Idaho She grew up in Viola, Idaho She married Robert (Purny) Ackerman in 1965, They welcomed daughter Lorraine Marie in 1965 and son Robert Dean in 1971 Lorraine was employed at a variety of jobs in Moscow and Viola before relocating to Priest River, Idaho in 1981.

Lorraine enjoyed riding her horses traveling and being in the outdoors. She managed and later owned Fairco Minimart in Oldtown for 13 yrs. Purny died in 1995 In 1996 Lorraine met and married the love of her life, Jim Weymouth. They enjoyed fishing, hunting, and the fun times being together for 23 yrs. Lorraine was so happy to live in their Marshall Lake home until her death on Nov 30th at the age of 72 Lorraine is survived by her husband and best friend Jim, her son Robert and Sue Ackerman of Lewiston. A step-son Scott and Gypsy Ackerman of Williamina Oregon, Her grand daughters Alicia Reed of Lewiston, Jourden Ackerman of Clarkston , Becky Hazelwood, Justin Hazelwood, and Jacob Wheeler all of Lewiston. Grandson Logan Weymouth of N Carolina and family friend, Michelanne Castleman of Deerpark, 6 Great grandchildren and two sisters, Loretta Wheeler, Walla Walla. And Janet Crutcher, Clarkston. And cousin, Joyce Ackerman, who has been very helpful to Lorraine. She is proceeded in death by her parents, by Purny Ackerman, and her daughter Marie.

A celebration of Lorraine’s life will be at Viola Clubhouse, in Viola Idaho. Burial at Viola Cemetary near her daughter.
