Live Nation offers refunds, credits as Gorge concerts get cancelled
GEORGE, Wash. — Several upcoming concerts at the Gorge Amphitheatre have been cancelled or postponed, but Live Nation wants to make it up to fans.
People with tickets to cancelled, rescheduled or postponed shows now have options under a new ticket refund process.
If your show gets cancelled, you can opt for a full refund or choose to maximize your refund within 30 days. This allows fans a credit for 150 percent of their purchase, including fees. (Ex. If you spend $200 on tickets, you will receive $300 in credit.)
The credit can be used for a future ticket purchase at any of Live Nation’s venues, including the Gorge or the White River Amphitheatre.
If you choose this option, you also have the chance to donate tickets to healthcare workers through Live Nation’s Hero Nation program.
You can monitor the status of your concert at livenation.com/eventstatus.
