LIST: Farmers markets across the Inland Northwest

Spring is in full swing and that means it is almost farmers market season! The Inland Northwest is home to several markets that offer a wide selection of fresh, local produce, artisan goods and hand-made crafts.

Some local markets begin this spring, while others will begin in the warmer months this summer. Here’s a list of markets across the region:

Spokane County

Cheney Farmers Market: 1011 First St. This farmers market will be held on Saturdays, starting June 5 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Deer Park Farmers Market: Perrins Field. This market is held one Saturday a month from June to October (June 5, July 17, August 21, September 11 and October 9).

Emerson Garfield Farmers Market: 2310 N Monroe St. This farmers market kicks off on June 4 and continues through September 24. Visit Fridays from 3-7 p.m.

Fairwood Farmers Market: 319 W Hastings Rd. This market happens on Tuesdays from 3-7 p.m. starting on May 12 and running through October 13.

Hillyard Farmers Market: 4001 N Cook St. This market will run from 3-7 p.m. on Mondays, starting June 7 and continuing through October 25.

Kendall Yards Night Market: 1335 W Summit Pkwy. This summer market happens Wednesday evenings from 5-8 p.m. starting in mid-May and continuing through September.

Liberty Lake Farmers Market: 1421 N Meadowood Lane. This market is every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting on May 15 and continuing through October 9.

Millwood Farmers Market: Millwood City Park. Opening Day is May 26 and continues on Wednesdays from 3-7 p.m. through October 13.

Spokane Farmers Market: 20 W 5th Ave between Division and Browne. This market runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday (starring on the second Saturday in May) and Wednesday (starting the second Wednesday in June) through October.

Spokane Valley Farmers Market: 2426 N Discovery Pl. This market runs from 4-8 p.m. on Fridays, starting June 4 and continuing through September 17.

South Perry Farmers Market: 924 South Perry Street. This market runs from 3-7 p.m. every Thursday from May 2 through October 31.

Spring Market at the Pavilion: 507 N Howard St. The Spring Farmers Market is held at the U.S. Pavilion in Riverfront Park on Wednesdays through May 12.

Wonder Market: 835 N Post St. This Saturday market runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It kicks off on May 15 and continues through October 30.

Stevens County

Chewelah Farmers Market: Chewelah City Park. This market runs on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. starting May 14 and continuing through October 15.

Clayton Farmers Market: 4616 Wallbridge Rd. The Clayton market runs every Sunday from 12 to 4 p.m. starting June 6 through September 26.

Northeast Washington Farmers Market: Main and Astor in Colville. This market runs every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It kicks off May 1 and continues trough October.

Bonner County

Bonners Ferry Farmers Market:  6181 Kootenai St. This farmers market kicks of Saturday, April 24 and will be held every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. through September.

Sandpoint Market: Farmin Park. This market is held every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It kicks off on the first Saturday in May and continues through October 16.

Benewah County

St. Maries Farmers Market: Mullan Trail Park. This farmers market takes place each Friday from 4-7 p.m. from June through September.

Kootenai County

Athol Farmers Market: 30355 N. 3rd St. This market runs from 2-6 p.m. every Friday starting May 7 and continuing through September 4. The market will continue through 7 p.m. on opening and closing days.

Kootenai County Farmers Market: This market is held twice-weekly in the summer months at two different locations. On Saturdays, you can find vendors on the SE Corner of Highway 95 and Prairie Ave in Hayden between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday markets will be held from May through October. Wednesday markets will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Sherman Ave and 5th in downtown Coeur d’Alene. Wednesday markets will begin in May and continue through September.

Northwest Crafts and Decor Craft Farmers Market: 8193 Main St, Rathdrum. This farmers market will run every Saturday through October 23. Visit between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Latah County

Moscow Farmers Market: 403 S Main St. This Saturday market is held weekly from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The season kicks off May 1.
