Line break forces emergency water shut down on north side of Post Falls
POST FALLS, Idaho — The city of Post Falls has issued an emergency water shut down for people living on the north side of Post Falls.
People living in the area of Walnut St. from Poleline south to W. 22nd and from Compton to Walnut on W. 23rd are affected.
EMERGENCY WATER SHUTDOWN: Due to a line break, there is an emergency water shut down in the area of Walnut St. from Poleline south to W. 22nd and from Compton to Walnut on W. 23rd. Customers are being notified now. Water will be off at 8:30 a.m. for approx. 4 hrs.

According to a tweet from the city, a line break forced the shut off. The water was shut off at 8:30 a.m. and will be off for approximately four hours.
