The Lewiston Police Department Regional SWAT Team performed a narcotics search on Friday that ended with the arrest of two people.

Joshua J. Musgrove, 38, was arrested for delivery of heroin and possession of heroin with the intent to deliver. His girlfriend, 38-year-old Andrea D. Ruddell, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

The search came about as the result of a long-term investigation by Lewiston Police Detectives and the Quad Cities Drug Task Force. Officials responded after multiple drug complaints and calls for police assistance were made, all pointing to Musgrove’s residence.

Musgrove will be facing further felonies for delivery of methamphetamines and trafficking heroin.
