Let’s take a look at the Pac-12 matchups for WSU Cougars Hoops

PULLMAN, Wash. — Football season is almost here, but the 2022-23 college basketball season is not far behind.

The PAC-12 recently announced its schedule for conference play for the upcoming season. The schedule is broken up so that teams stay in specific regions for home and away games.

The WSU Cougars open league play on New Year’s Weekend, where they will host UCLA and USC from Dec. 29 to Jan. 2. To start the new year, the Cougs will take a trip to Arizona to Play the Wildcats and Arizona State from Jan. 4-8.

Once the Cougs return from Arizona, they will host the two Bay Area Pac-12 teams in Stanford and Cal from Jan. 11-15. After this homestand, the Cougs will travel again to the Four Corners to face Utah and Colorado the week of Jan. 18-22. To end the month, the Zags will host the two Arizona schools the week of Jan. 25-29.

To start February, WSU will take a trip to Southern California to play against USC and UCLA the week of Feb. 1-5. They will host rival Washington the week of Feb. 8-12 in the first matchup of the Boeing Apple Cup Series.

To wrap up the final regular season home games, the Cougs will host Oregon and Oregon State from Feb. 15-19. WSU will close the season in the Bay Area to play Stanford and Cal the week of Feb. 22-26 before the regular season finale against UW the week of March 1-4.

Following the regular season, WSU will compete in the Pac-12 tournament in Las Vegas. The tournament is from March 8-11.
