Kendall Yards Night Market canceled for heavy rain in forecast
SPOKANE, Wash. — Heavy rain in Wednesday’s forecast has forced organizers to cancel the first Kendall Yards Night Market of the year.
In a Facebook post, market organizers said the event will be held next Wednesday, May 27 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting.
In order to keep a healthy environment during the COVID-19 pandemic, the night market shortened this year’s hours and will no longer provide live musical performances, activities, or seating.
Those who do shop will be asked to wash their hands and only touch food they plan on buying.
