SPOKANE, Wash. — Sunny weather is on the way for Wednesday, but it will be cooler.
Temperatures will top out in the mid 60s, which is a little below average.
The first in a series of weather systems moves through on Thursday bringing breezy conditions and a chance of showers.
The much advertised cool-down begins on Friday with temperatures dropping to 20 degrees below average for the weekend.
Mountain snow, non accumulating valley snow and the first frost or freeze of the season is expected for much of the region Saturday and Sunday.
