Indaba Coffee takes home multiple medals at Golden Bean competition

One of Spokane’s local favorites, Indaba Coffee, has some exciting news.

The local coffee shop, with five locations in the Spokane area, is a beacon for coffee lovers.

Their craft beverages and coffee blends are known and loved by many.

Indaba entered the Golden Bean North America Competition, which is the largest coffee roasters competition and conference in the world.

According to Golden Bean’s website, there are 11 categories in the competition:
1. Espresso
2. Milk Based
3. Pour Over Filter
4. Organic Espresso
5. Single Origin Espresso
6. Decaffeinated (Milk Based)
7. North American Grown (Milk Based)
8. Franchise / Chain Store Espresso
9. Franchise / Chain Store Milk Based
10. Franchise / Chain Store Pour Over Filter
11. Super Automatic (Espresso)

Spokane’s own Indaba took home multiple medals. In the chain/franchise roasters category, two of their coffees took bronze. Their espresso blend, ‘High Drive’, which is their primary blend, won the milk-based category and their single-origin espresso, ‘Burundi Masha Natural’ won in the espresso category.
