UPDATE: According to WSP Trooper Jeff Sevigney, one driver has been airlifted with serious injuries. No other injuries have been reported.

Tow trucks are on scene to clear the road.

UPDATE: As of 9:15 a.m., the right lane is open. The left lane will be blocked indefinitely. Drivers can still expect delays through the area.

ORIGINAL STORY: Eastbound I-90 is completely blocked at milepost 245, which is 25 miles east of Ritzville, for a serious crash.

Washington State Patrol reports two semis crashed and an air ambulance is currently on the way.

It happened around 8:34 a.m. Wednesday. WSDOT officials are telling drivers to expect long delays and find an alternate route if you can.
