A house in the North Moses Lake/Larson area was hit by stray bullets during a drive by shooting.

An eight-year-old child inside the home was struck by debris caused by the gunfire but was not injured.

Deputies were informed around 9 p.m. on Friday night that several shots were fired off of Cannon Lane. They were also told that a green 90s Honda with shaded windows and black rims was seen fleeing the area.

When deputies and police responded, they did not find the Honda. Evidence was collected and sent to the crime lab for analysis.
