Hot and dry today, a cool down is coming – Mark

Its the first of the  month, and the excessive heat warning continues until tonight.

Here are your 4 things for Monday. It’ll be hot, with fire danger increasing. There is a haze from regional fires, but cooler weather is coming this week.

For the next couple of hours, there will be afternoon clouds and a chance of sprinkles.

It’ll be very hot and dry throughout our area.

We’ll have the excessive heat warning extended to tonight, and one more very hot day before we start to cool.  Tomorrow we’ll see afternoon sprinkles and clouds with sun. For the end of the week, it’ll be cooler before we start warming up again by the weekend.
