Hard freeze expected Sunday morning, cover up those plants tonight – Katerina

SPOKANE, Wash. – It was a chilly and breezy Saturday across the region! We also saw rain and light snow throughout portions of the Inland Northwest.

Things should start to calm down overnight with mostly clear skies. However, we do have freezing temperatures on the way. Lows will be in the 20s across the region. A hard freeze is expected Sunday morning, so remember to cover up those plants beforehand!

Temperatures will stay cool for our Sunday. Our high in Spokane should reach 51 degrees with mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will be similar across the region, with highs ranging from upper 40s and 50s.

We’ll gradually start to warm up heading into our work week. Expect LOTS of sunshine with temperatures reaching the 70s by next weekend!
