SPOKANE, Wash. – About this time every year, more people start searching the word “zucchini” on Google.
The five-year outlook from Google Trends shows a spike every August, which lines up with the time zucchini start growing like crazy in home gardens.
A deeper look at Google Trends shows that Idaho ranks third among the 50 states for most searches and Washington ranks ninth.
