Gonzaga thrashes Pacific, prepares to hit the road

Spokane, Wash.   The (2)Gonzaga Bulldogs handed out another McCarthey Center thrashing to the Pacific Tigers Saturday night, 92-59.  The then 15-7 Tigers came to Spokane looking for the upset but went home licking their wounds as six Gonzaga players scored in double figures.

This week the Bulldog’s travel to California to take on Santa Clara on Thursday and San Francisco on Saturday.  The Zags beat Santa Clara at home by 50 point in mid-January.  Saturday’s game will be the first this season against the 15-7 San Francisco Dons.

Gonzaga is 7-0 in conference play and have a two game lead of Saint Mary’s.
