Gonzaga loss could have come at the best time in AP poll

SPOKANE, Wash. — The no. 2 Gonzaga Bulldogs lost for the first time in twenty games Saturday night to the BYU Cougars, but because of what else happened in the top-10, it shouldn’t change much for the Zags.

Three of the top-5 teams in the nation, and six of the top-10 all took losses over the weekend, so they should stay in the top 3 or 4 when the new poll comes out Monday morning.

Four News Now sports director Keith Osso takes a look at where they may end up.
