Gonzaga blows out LMU, win 16th straight

SPOKANE, Wash. — The no. 2 Gonzaga Bulldogs explode in the second half to run away from visiting LMU 85-67 Thursday night.

Forward Filip Petrusev led the way once again offensively scoring 21 points and adding six rebounds.

Five Gonzaga players were in double figures as the Zags played without Killian Tillie who was out with an ankle injury.

With the win Gonzaga improves to 24-1 on the season and 10-0 in conference, they’ve won 16 in a row.

Next up for Gonzaga, they will play at St. Mary’s Saturday at 7pm
