Goat abandoned on Silver Mountain finds new home
KELLOGG, Idaho — A goat was abandoned on Silver Mountain a few weeks ago, but don’t worry: this story has a happy ending.
Lift maintenance crews found the goat, who was believed to have been left there by his owners.
The animal was taken into foster care for a bit and had a few medical procedures, but has since been adopted.
Beau, a member of the Silver mountain team, and his partner Natalie decided “Jack” (short for Jackass) would be the perfect addition to their family.
Jack is now living happily on a farm with his two goat brothers, Clover and Butters.
