SPOKANE, Wash. – glassybaby is taking over the HUB Sports Center on Saturday.

The popular votive candle company, based out of Seattle, is holding what they call a “Seconds Sale.” Every glassybaby is made by hand and some don’t turn out flawless. The charming, but not-so-perfect, votives are then sold at a separate sale for a discounted price.

glassybaby was started by a three-time cancer survivor who wanted to use her business venture as a way to give back to different causes. The company has donated millions to various organizations over the years and Saturday’s Spokane sale will directly benefit Team Gleason.

Team Gleason is a non-profit that seeks to provide equipment and care services to those battling Amyotrophic Lateral Scleroris (ALS).

The Seconds Sale runs Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2p.m. at the HUB Sports Center in Liberty Lake.
