Friends of the Library to host annual Spring Book Sale

The Friends of the Library will host their annual Spring Book Sale from April 18 through April 21 on the first floor of the downtown library.

Current members of the Friends organization can join the preview sale from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on April 18. The general public is invited to the sale on April 19 and 20, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and April 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Fiction books are three for $1, children’s books are two for $1, and nonfiction books are $1 each unless specifically marked.

On Saturday customers can fill a bag with books of their choice for $3.

All proceeds will benefit the Spokane Public Library. Cash, checks, and credit cards are all accepted.
