FRI-YAY! Unseasonably warm and lovely end to the workweek – Kris

Good evening!

What we are tracking

We are tracking warm, dry weather for the next several days. We WERE tracking a big cool-down for next week, but that is looking less and less likely.

4 Things To Know

Plan your Friday

Friday will be another fabulously warm day with partly sunny skies. We will start the day in the upper 40s ad lower 50s, but temperatures will jump into the upper 70s and lower 80s in the afternoon. Expect hazy skies at times as residual smoke from area wildfires and prescribed burns impact our atmosphere, but the air quality will only be minimally diminished.

Spokane and Coeur d’Alene Forecast

A strong ridge of high pressure will prevail through the weekend.  Expect temperatures to top out in the mid to upper 70s for the next several days. There will be a minor drop in temperatures for Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, but it will still be warmer than seasonal averages by about 10 degrees. There’s very little hope for any rain through the 7-day forecast.
