FREEZE WARNING: Even colder weather for the next couple of nights! – Kris
If your hanging baskets and potted flowers made it through the last couple of cold nights, do not assume that they are safe tonight! It is going to get even colder, and many places that stayed above freezing will slip below tonight and tomorrow night. A FREEZE WARNING
has been issued for the area for Monday night – Tuesday morning and Tuesday night – Wednesday morning. So, bring your baskets and pots into the garage or cover them up. Otherwise, Tuesday will be a beautiful day. Expect mostly sunny but crisp conditions. Temperatures remain below average, topping out in the mid 50s.
After another sub-freezing start to the day on Wednesday, we will warm up close to 60°. Expect another beautiful day with sunshine, despite the fact that it will be cooler than average. Unsettled conditions return on Thursday with a chance of showers that continues through Friday. Right now, it looks like it will dry out for the weekend. A warming trend on Sunday might bring our temperatures back up to around our seasonal average!
