Fourth Grant Co. resident dies from COVID-19
MOSES LAKE, Wash. — The Grant County Health District has confirmed that a fourth resident has died from COVID-19.
The Health District says a man in his 50s passed away due to complications arising from the coronavirus. This brings Grant County’s number of infected people to 193.
Previously, a case was reported on Sunday, but that patient was reassigned to another county, bringing down Grant County’s case numbers.
Grant County is still in Phase 1 of the “Safe Start” reopening plan.
To avoid the further spreading of the coronavirus, the Health District is urging residents to stay home unless making essential trips, continue social distancing, wear a face mask in public, and wash your hands when coming home.
