Former Eastern Eagles form Hoopfest team

SPOKANE, Wash. — In the men’s competitive bracket, Team Treehouse got a win in their opening round.

They’re made up of former Eastern Washington football players including Gage Gubrud and Cole Karsteter, so they know a thing or two about being a part of winning teams.

While the competitive juices were still flowing, they’re just like everyone else out here wanting to have good time this weekend.

“It’s fantastic it’s so much fun to see people back together and you can just tell there’s a buzz down here and everyone’s just been so excited to get this back up and going so I’m really excited.” said Karstetter.
