Firefighters get a handle on brush fire that burned over 3 acres near South Hill Target
SPOKANE, Wash. — Firefighters responded to a brush fire behind the Target on Spokane’s South Hill on Friday that burned over 3 acres.
The fire burned near S. Regal Rd and S. Palouse Highway, threatening apartments nearby. Spokane County firefighters were able to control the flames before any buildings were damaged.
Overall, the fire burned roughly 3.4 acres.
