Firefighters: Okanogan County fire is in “mop-up stage”
OKANOGAN COUNTY, Wash. — Firefighters in Okanogan County fought against 10-12 mile per hour winds to contain a fire on the east side of Malott and SR 97 on Tuesday.
Emergency responders arrived on the scene, and have since reported that the fire is in the mop-up stage.
