Fire consumes house near South Perry District
SPOKANE, Wash. — Fire consumed a house near the South Perry District in Spokane early Friday morning.
The fire near 5th Ave. and Crestline St. broke out around 5:30am. Neighbors tells KXLY 4 News the house was vacant and he just been sold earlier this month.
The roof collapsed while our crews were on the scene.
Thought the smoke was gone, but we are still seeing more. Firefighters have been here for over 2 hours responding to this fire. Again, avoid Crestline between 5th and 6th as you make your way to work. Still closed off and expected to be for some time. @kxly4news pic.twitter.com/W63hH6VhOo
