Fire Chief: Man on a bike started four fires in Spokane Thursday
SPOKANE, Wash – Investigators are looking for a man on a bike who started four fires in East Spokane Thursday.
The serial arsonist set four fires in two hours, right around noon.
The fires impacted railroad traffic and vehicle traffic at Sprague and Erie.
Fire Chief Brian Schaeffer said there’s no description of the man other than that he was white and riding a bike.
