Positivity is the first word that may come to mind when you meet this week's Wednesday's Child. Jacob is a fourth grader who is all about being a good kid.
We had a fantastic experience at the historic Kelsey Creek Farm in Bellevue, Washington.
Jacob got to get up close and personal with all kinds of critters.
The horses were his favorite, but pigs ran close second. One of them weighed 700 pounds.
“One of them was very chubby, that cracked me up!” said Jacob.
Jacob is a crack up, himself.
He has a sweet disposition that doesn't go unnoticed.
I read in his profile that he is a genuinely nice person.
As if that wasn't good enough, Jacob was recently selected as student of the month at his school.
“I'm a famous student, for a month,” he said. “I'm pretty awesome.”
This awesome kid likes pizza with almost everything on it.
He also likes playing football, watching the Seahawks, and mastering video games.
Jacob thinks it would be fun to live on a farm or at least have access to one.
He needs to be adopted into a family that celebrates what a great kid he is.
He also needs patient, nurturing parents who will support him and be his advocate in education and in life.
And imagine what he would bring to the family, in return.
