Evening Forecast for April 3

Wet weather will start moving in overnight Tuesday.

We will see isolated snow showers around the region overnight, then early Wednesday morning we will see a mix of rain and snow around the region.

Showers won’t produce too much precipitation Wednesday.

Snow accumulations will be little to none for most of the region, but the wetter system starts Thursday.

That will be rain for most, but Bonner’s Ferry and Sandpoint could see one to two inches of snow by Friday morning.

Friday could be a break, with just mountain showers, but showers are likely around the region.

Saturday will be the wettest day of the forecast with rain for everyone. We will die down to showers Sunday, with a dry break Monday, but more rain returns on Tuesday.

Temperatures will be below average for most of the week until close to Saturday.
