Early morning fire damages home on E. Liberty
SPOKANE, Wash. — Crews managed to get a house fire under control after it was set early Tuesday morning.
Firefighters were called to the 500 block of East Liberty shortly after midnight Tuesday morning. Smoke and flames could be seen coming through the roof and the home had extensive damage.
Crews were able to knock the fire down.
The owner of the house believes squatters who live two homes away are responsible.
This is the second fire at the same home in three weeks.
The fire department is investigating.
