Drivers, be aware of blowing dust on the highway Sunday night

SPOKANE, Wash — As winds pick up across the Inland Northwest, the National Weather Service wants drivers to be aware of blowing dust along I-90 and Highway 395.

The warning is particularly strong for drivers in the Columbia Basin, with those highways and secondary roads around Moses Lake, Othello and Ritzville.

This can cause serious problems. If you have to drive Sunday night, slow down and use your hazard lights so you can be seen.
