Deputies: DUI driver rammed into Stevens County ambulance

STEVENS CO., Wash. – A man is facing charges for ramming into a Stevens County ambulance during a road rage incident. 

The Stevens County Sheriff’s Office said the man confronted the ambulance crew at an intersection, saying they had pulled out in front of him. 

He drove his car into the ambulance and got stuck. A deputy happened to be driving in the area and stopped him. 

The deputy saw the man had been drinking and smoking marijuana while driving. 

The suspect was booked into the Stevens County Jail for driving under the influence.
