Car stolen from Morning Star Boys ranch, quickly crashes on Glenrose
SPOKANE, Wash. – A crash backed up drivers and had others finding a new route around the Glenrose area Tuesday night.
The crash happened around 5 p.m. and closed Glenrose Avenue between 37th and Rosedale.
Sheriff’s deputies were on the scene investigating.
A deputy told 4 News Now a boy from the nearby Morning Star Boys Ranch stole a car and took off.
He didn’t make it far before crashing a few blocks away.
One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Deputies re-routed traffic in the area, but it was expected to be clear before 7 pm.
