Cougars take down Idaho in battle of border rivals
MOSCOW, Idaho — The Washington State Cougars got 17 points from Tony Miller off the bench as they beat the Idaho Vandals 78-65 in Moscow Wednesday night.
The game got off to a slow start with the Cougars leading 32-24 at the half before both offenses got going after the break.
The Cougars even their record at 4-4 on the season while picking up their first road win. They will play New Mexico State Saturday at noon in the Spokane Arena.
The Vandals fall to 3-6 on the season, they will be back home against Cal State Bakersfield a week from Saturday.
