Cooler temperatures and rain are on the way
SPOKANE, Wash. — The hot weather we have been seeing is coming to and end and wet conditions and cooler temperatures will dominate much of the week.
Sunday saw another very nice day for Mother’s Day, but wasn’t quite able to crack into the 80s. The high peaked at 79°.
Monday will start ushering in cooler temperatures. Highs Monday will be in the mid-70s, then around 70° on Tuesday.
Wednesday is when we will see conditions dip back down into the mid-60s, where we will stay for the rest of the week. Wednesday will also mark the beginning of rain showers each day in the forecast.
The wet weather will mainly be hit and miss showers, but Friday looks to be the wettest day of the week right now.
