Starting at 12 p.m on Saturday, October 21st, host Rece Davis joins Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, potentially Desmond Howard and a “guest picker” live from Pullman for the first time in history, as they go around college football matchups for predictions and analysis.
Washington State is 5-1 this year, second in the PAC-12 North. What made this matchup with No. 17 Oregon so meaningful was the Duck’s overtime win Saturday over seventh-ranked Washington at home. The Huskies missed a field goal with three seconds remaining in regulation, and the Ducks capitalized, C.J. Verdell ran in a 6-yard touchdown to win 30-27.
Both the Ducks and Cougars are one play away from being undefeated, WSU’s loss coming at USC, Oregon falling to Stanford in Eugene are also 5-1, and 2-1 in conference.
